Responsibilities
- Perform shaft alignment using different methods and tools; handle gaskets, packing, and mechanical seals.
- Operate and maintain CNC machining equipment, manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders.

Requirements
- Multi-skilled technician with a current State Board of Electricity Journeyman or Master license providing focused competency maintenance support.
- This position is a highly developed troubleshooting electrical technician that follows and enforces the National Electrical Code (NFPA 79) Mentoring apprentice (unlicensed) electricians is a requirement Trained on all electrical hazards and is an advocate for our electrical safety programs Continuous job-related training and current electrical license is required for this position Understand, troubleshoot and problem solve issues of intermediate complexity in advanced electrical/mechanical systems (PLC,
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work in a team environment and self-direct activities Ability to manage vital maintenance functions to maximize corporate assets Directs and provides leadership/mentoring/coaching of other technicians including electrical code compliant applications installed by an electrical apprentice Provide multi-skilled maintenance/electrical support focused on customer service, quality, cost and productivity in a TPM and CI
- QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Understand the hazards of and working on electrical components Understand, troubleshoot and problem solve issues of basic complexity in advanced electrical/mechanical systems (PLC, Drives, Servo, HMI, CNC, etc.) Test and perform preventative maintenance
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License required
- Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills
- 2-yr technical degree or equivalent past work experience.
