What You'll Be Doing Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication to maintain and repair plant equipment and structures Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs to ensure safe and reliable operation Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete repairs accurately Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards What Are We Looking For Millwright
