qualifications Studying Mechanical, Electric or Electronic engineering or courses related to customer service processes.
Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must have a good understanding to MS-Word and Excel.
Ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with customers at all levels via phone and email.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Must be advanced Portuguese speaker.
Advanced English and intermediate Spanish is a plus.
