  • Proficiency in using business systems and tools to support customer service functions.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based programs, JWS, and SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of aggregates or construction materials helpful.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or additional training preferred.
  • Physical Demands of the Job Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or desk.

  • What You'll Be Doing This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service; receiving and processing orders, direct communication with truck drivers and customers, follow up and problem solve orders when necessary, and provide efficient and professional service to drivers and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer and driver support by processing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Enter customer and job data into JWS and coordinate deliveries with freight carriers for efficiency.
  • Communicate order confirmations, status updates, and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
  • Provide after‑hours or early‑morning shift coverage as needed, including during inclement weather.
  • Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and rotational Saturdays 6:00AM - 12:00PM.
