Requirements

The Cisco Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN) within a secure environment.
The technician will support synthetic training events, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance with Defence ICT standards.
experience with configuring and supporting Cisco routers, switches and firewalls Proficiency in Cisco operating systems Strong understanding of Cisco networking concepts and technologies Bachelors or Diploma in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or equivalent
experience Already hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and have the ability to maintain that clearance Ability to work on-site at HMAS Watson, 5 days a week. Preferred
