Responsibilities
- Review, validate and process orders in Virtuox submitted via the Portal.
- Manage and maintain consignment inventory levels for organizations.
- Run reports and analyze organizational statistics to ensure account performance is properly configured.
- Perform day-to-day support and monitor performance, ensuring that the VTX Provider Portal runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as a client liaison between Virtuox, Providers, and DMEs Processes Portal Registration requests – enrolling new Organizations and users, providing access to the VTX Provider Portal.
Requirements
- Become an expert in Virtuox platform with a complex understanding of HST and DME involvement.

- Ability to work across multiple platforms and systems simultaneously with ease.
- Excellent customer service skills complemented by an ability to listen to and interpret client requests.
- Makes decisions reflecting knowledge of productivity and self-motivation.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer as needed.
- QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of customer portal experience.
