Responsibilities

Lead negotiation and drafting of enterprise-level Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS subscription agreements, statements of work (SOWs), NDAs, purchase orders, order forms, reselling/partner agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Support and structure partnership and strategic agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes for the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
Identify legal risks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with company goals.

experience in the SaaS / technology industry , specializing in negotiating enterprise-level and procurement agreements, to support and scale our global commercial operations.
experience in enterprise SaaS contracting, strong business acumen, and a collaborative mindset. Key
Law degree from an accredited institution, LL.M in corporate law is a plus.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models. Prior
experience supporting sales, procurement, and finance teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Ability to work independently
Interested in understanding our business and developing relationships with people from all levels of legal and operational teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively with global teams at all levels (including senior leadership) within a highly matrixed organization.
High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
