Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and drafting of enterprise-level Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS subscription agreements, statements of work (SOWs), NDAs, purchase orders, order forms, reselling/partner agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Support and structure partnership and strategic agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
- Identify legal risks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with company goals.

- experience in the SaaS / technology industry , specializing in negotiating enterprise-level and procurement agreements, to support and scale our global commercial operations.
- experience in enterprise SaaS contracting, strong business acumen, and a collaborative mindset. Key
- Law degree from an accredited institution, LL.M in corporate law is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models. Prior
- experience supporting sales, procurement, and finance teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- Ability to work independently
- Interested in understanding our business and developing relationships with people from all levels of legal and operational teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively with global teams at all levels (including senior leadership) within a highly matrixed organization.
- High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience
- 5-6+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS or technology company. Demonstrated
