Responsibilities
- - Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- - Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- - Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value.

- You will oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- This role requires a data-driven mindset, expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to create compelling digital campaigns that maximize ROI. - This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing. - Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms. -
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies. - Hands-on
- experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools. - Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ad spend for ROAS and CAC. -
- Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus. - Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams. WHAT
