Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, training, professional development, performance evaluations, and talent management within the team.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and diverse team culture.
Develop, implement, and enforce processes to improve team efficiency and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Establish and maintain data-driven metrics and performance reporting systems.
Review and validate subcontract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct subcontract compliance reviews, including CPSR audits, ACO consent processes, and import/export compliance.
Utilize tools such as Costpoint, OnPoint, and SAP to support procurement and reporting processes.
As the Subcontracts Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of subcontract administrators while driving the execution of effective procurement strategies.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and import/export compliance requirements. Extensive
experience in developing and executing effective supply chain strategies.
Proven ability to deliver cost-saving initiatives and manage change in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated expertise in subcontract compliance, CPSR audits, and metrics-driven performance management.
Proficiency with Costpoint , SAP , Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Security Clearance Required: Must be a U.S. citizen with a Secret clearance and ability to get a TS/SCI clearance .
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Supply Chain Management , or a related field (four (4) years of relevant
experience may substitute for each year of required education). Minimum Years of
experience in subcontract management or related fields, with at least 8 years in a leadership/management role . Minimum 3 years of management
experience specifically in subcontract management environment. Preferred
Qualifications: Professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
Experience in high-volume, global supply chain environments. Prior
experience supporting contingency operations is highly desirable.

Continued employment is contingent upon obtaining/maintaining the required clearance, meeting client-site requirements, and securing necessary visa and medical/psychological clearances.

Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of approximately eight (8) Subcontract Administrators.
Operational Excellence: Lead all subcontracts and procurement activities within your area of responsibility.
Compliance & Oversight: Ensure adherence to Amentum policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), and compliance standards.
Strategic Contributions: Collaborate with leadership to influence capture strategies and integrate subcontracts and procurement into broader business development efforts.
Engage in monthly program reviews and deliver strategic insights to operational customers and senior management.
Hands-On Subcontracts Administration: Support program operations by directly managing subcontract agreement administration as required.
