Responsibilities

- experience in supply chain and/or program or product management to lead cross-functional teams in developing robust supply chain strategies and executing key programs across MID products.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree and minimum 5 years of related experience;
- Experience in supply chain and program management across the product lifecycle (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR); Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal leadership and cross-functional teams management;
- Experience with new business proposals and competitive/sole-source pursuits; Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities; Subcontractor management from development through production; Ability to deconstruct complex issues into actionable strategies;
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and control account management; Familiarity with Canadian procurement and export control regulations (e.g., Controlled Goods Program, PSPC, ITAR equivalency). Preferred
- Experience developing technical statements of work; PMP Certification (Project Management Professional); Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Supply Chain or Engineering).
