- Build and maintain DNA's knowledge and context systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack) structured for both human and AI consumption
- Own and/or help facilitate DNA's core team rituals - DNA All Hands, DNA Labs (learning & development), and Data Demos, ensuring they stay relevant, well-structured, and connected to what the team needs

Requirements
- At Justworks, you’ll enjoy a welcoming and casual environment, great benefits, wellness program offerings, company retreats, and the ability to interact with and learn from leaders in the startup community.
- Technology, Data & AI About The Team
- The Data & Analytics team is Justworks' data and AI center of excellence - a connected set of functions spanning business intelligence, data science, analytics engineering, data governance, platform data/ML engineering and AI builders.
- You have genuine depth in data and AI and you understand how a diverse set of data teams work, and you bring that context into how you design the workflows, tooling, and practices that connect them.
- AI is not a tool you use occasionally; it's how you approach operational problems by default.
