Organ Health Specialist – Abdominal Transplant (Southeast Central & Delta Region)

Responsibilities

• Drive Market Adoption: Exceed regional sales goals by integrating Prospera and Renasight into the standard protocol of leading transplant centers and academic medical institutions across the territory. •
• Demonstrate Strategic Agility: Develop and execute data-driven business plans tailored to the unique, multi-state dynamics of the Southeast medical landscape.
• Collaborate Cross-Functional: Work seamlessly with internal clinical teams, medical science liaisons (MSLs), and managed care to ensure seamless onboarding and a world-class client experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic sales initiatives, relationship-building, and effective territory management.
• Drive market adoption of transplant-focused genetic testing solutions by educating and engaging key stakeholders, including transplant specialists, nephrologists, and academic medical centers.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans that align with sales objectives, optimize resources, and address unique market dynamics in transplant and specialty medicine.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in transplant and related specialties to enhance brand visibility and market influence.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. •
• Must exhibit the strategic agility required to manage a diverse, multi-state geography with varying institutional protocols. •
