- Own the onboarding process from day one, coordinating technical integrations, invoicing setup, and customer service configuration like the pro you are.
Requirements
- You're technically confident. You understand how e-commerce integrations work, can read a technical setup and know what questions to ask, and you don't need a developer to translate for you.

- You're the one who makes new clients think: "Okay, these people have their stuff together."
- You spot technical risk before it becomes a client problem.
- Whether it's a missing API connection, an unclear data flow, or a process that will break at scale, you flag it early and come up with solutions.
- Improve how we onboard, not just execute it. If a technical step is clunky or manual, you will notice and do something about it.
- Work closely with our E-commerce Managers and native teams to make sure every client launch goes smoothly.
- Be the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, communicating clearly, solving problems fast, and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Spot what's not working and actually do something about it. We love people who improve processes, not just follow them.
- You are a planner. Timelines, schedules, and follow-ups are your comfort zone.
