Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field 2+ years of
- experience in real estate, investments, portfolio management, FP&A, asset management, investment banking, or consulting, ideally with exposure to institutional capital, funds, or joint ventures Must be located in the Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with three days per week in the office Strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate financial and operating data into clear insights; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
