Requirements
- experience in a technical product or platform-focused role (or technical consulting) - A STEM degree, ideally from a top global university - A track record of delivering scalable platform capabilities and integrations, with a strong understanding of system architecture, security, and reliability in a SaaS or enterprise environment -
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on system design, technical trade-offs, and feasibility assessments - Familiarity with modern web platform technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB.
- While hands-on coding is not required, understanding how platforms built on these technologies operate is strongly preferred - An ability to think through customer integration needs, commercial requirements, and operational constraints to deliver robust solutions - Comfort supporting debugging, issue investigation, and technical problem-solving across integrations, platform services, and core product capabilities - A natural curiosity to explore systems, uncover root causes, and identify opportunities for
