- As GTM Systems & AI Architect, you'll lead the evolution of our go-to-market infrastructure from a traditional systems function into an AI-powered operating engine.
- We treat our GTM stack like a product, our revenue teams as the customer, and automation and AI as the default way to solve problems that used to require manual work.
- You'll partner with GTM leaders and Applied AI engineers to design the systems, workflows, and intelligence layer that power how we generate pipeline and scale revenue.
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Own and evolve our AI-powered GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, agent orchestration), ensuring systems stay lean, integrated, and aligned with GTM strategy.
- - Build AI into the flow of work, surfacing the right signals, recommendations, and actions directly within existing tools.
- - Operate the GTM stack like a product, running experiments, creating feedback loops, and continuously improving productivity across the revenue org.
- experience creating automation or AI-driven workflows in revenue, growth, or GTM environments.
- - Technical fluency, comfortable integrating systems, building workflows, and working with modern GTM and automation tools.
