Requirements

experience within healthcare, technology, or similarly complex industries Strong track record of successfully executing transactions in a global, multi-divisional environment
Experience in corporate development of a large company/venture capital/private equity Advanced financial acumen, including
experience with complex deal structures Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage external partnerships Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess both qualitative and quantitative business opportunities Established professional network across investment banking, consulting, or corporate development Education & Skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

What You Will Do Identify, analyze, and develop opportunities for acquisitions, partnerships, and equity investments aligned to corporate strategy Evaluate potential targets by conducting market and portfolio gap analyses Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, advisors, and stakeholders Develop clear, data-driven recommendations and present findings to senior leadership Collaborate
