Requirements
- Strong knowledge of real‑time systems, simulation theory, and industry standards is essential, along with
- experience in system modeling, performance tuning, and cross‑disciplinary project leadership. Essential Duties and
- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer or Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive
- experience in simulation, avionics, or real‑time systems engineering. 3+ years in a leadership or architect role. Flight‑dynamics and avionics modeling
- experience Knowledge of graphics pipelines (OpenGL/DirectX/Vulkan) and rendering engines
- Experience with distributed simulation interoperability standards (DIS, HLA, GSI) System modeling (SysML, UML)
- experience Applied performance profiling and optimization techniques Familiarity with aircraft communication standards (UDP/TCP, MIL‑STD‑1553, ARINC) Due to U.S.
- Preferred Skills Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent (e.g., INCOSE) Mentoring and team leadership
- experience in a Modeling tool: SysML, Cameo Enterprise Architecture
- Experience with various rotary wing aircraft including MH-60R, UH-60, CH-47, V-22, FLRAA
- Experience designing high-fidelity, motion based and non-motion total training solutions Security
- Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required.
