- TERRITORY: Jacksonville, FL (Ideal candidate must reside in the Jacksonville metroplex).
- In this role, you will act as a high-performing problem solver with a proven track record of success, showcasing the unique ability to partner effectively with a top-performing Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) to manage, retain, and grow our presence in the market. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing expert knowledge of Natera’s Women’s Health products and UX services.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Demonstrated track record of individual performance, competitive achievements, or rapid career progression.
- Trained on or familiar with a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.
- Superior business acumen with the ability to think independently and execute territory strategies.
- Proven ability to build and cultivate trust-based relationships while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder clinical accounts.
- Mastery of retention strategies alongside an organic drive to hunt for expansion opportunities within an existing book of business.
- Comfortable working independently in the field with a high degree of accountability and an internal drive to be successful.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated ability to present complex clinical data clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, Salesforce.com, Concur, and Qliksense.
