Responsibilities
- Own applications from submission through initial approval and into contracts to meet revenue goals
- Advise on solutions such as Equity Boost or HELOC options when necessary
- Monitor stalled or inactive files and proactively re-engage LOs to move them forward
- Deliver fast, clear communication across phone, email, and live meetings What You Bring
Requirements
- Understanding of real estate transactions and processes
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Experience managing multiple files in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
