Responsibilities
- Build and grow HighLevel's agency ecosystem across Australia by developing strategic relationships with agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, affiliates, and ecosystem partners.
- Maintain ownership of the Australian business, including market strategy, revenue growth, investment priorities, and regional P&L performance.
- Develop and execute a multi-year vision and market strategy that accelerates customer growth, revenue, partnerships, and brand presence.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities for expansion and investment within the region.
- Influence company-wide priorities by bringing customer, partner, and market insights back to leadership.
- Build the foundation for HighLevel’s long-term presence and expansion throughout Australia and the broader APAC region.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration across Australia.
- Build relationships with key agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, convert, and activate agency customers throughout Australia, with a focus on increasing agency adoption, platform utilization, and long-term customer value.
- Maintain visibility into regional growth forecasts, pipeline development, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Establish growth targets and regularly report on key business metrics.
- Expand and strengthen HighLevel’s affiliate ecosystem throughout Australia.
- Develop strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing initiatives, joint ventures, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner engagement and long-term success.
- Build and strengthen relationships within local marketing, agency, SaaS, and entrepreneur communities.
- Develop and support regional user groups, meetups, workshops, and networking events.
- Foster a strong local presence that increases trust, advocacy, and adoption of the HighLevel platform.
- Build a network of champions, influencers, and community leaders who can accelerate market growth.
- Deliver presentations, keynotes, webinars, and educational sessions that position HighLevel as the leading platform for agencies.
- Identify opportunities to increase HighLevel’s visibility, influence, and brand awareness throughout Australia and APAC.
- Maintain a strong presence across podcasts, industry communities, and ecosystem events.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help inform product strategy.
- Ensure customers have access to the resources, education, and support needed to succeed.
- Drive customer advocacy and community engagement.
- Identify localization opportunities across messaging, education, events, onboarding, partnerships, and customer
- Drive alignment across Marketing, Revenue, Events, Community, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure coordinated execution of regional growth initiatives.
- Coordinate regional initiatives across multiple teams to ensure strong execution and measurable business impact.
- Build scalable systems and processes to support long-term growth.
- Deliver significant year-over-year revenue growth within the market.
- Establish relationships with the most influential agency leaders, educators, and ecosystem partners throughout Australia.
- Create a sustainable growth engine that drives customer acquisition beyond direct company investment.
- Build a repeatable agency acquisition and ecosystem growth playbook that can be expanded into additional APAC markets.
- Influence product, go-to-market, and expansion decisions through deep market insights.
- Develop a repeatable framework for international market expansion that can be leveraged in future regions.
