Requirements

- You don't have to go out there to find participants: Fortrea has been conducting clinical research studies for more than 30 years, so we have our own pool of interested individuals. Your main
- IT proficiency : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Education : You should have at least a GCSE-level education.

- This is a full-time, permanent job : You will work a 37-hour week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM, and we need you to be flexible to work extended hours on two days per week (8 AM–8 PM).
- ON A NORMAL DAY, YOU WILL… You will build and maintain Fortrea´s Study Participant database for clinical trials.
- responsibilities will be: Phone Screening new study participants … and be an active LISTENER : collect participant´s demographic data, performing medical history questionnaires, create new profiles in the database, accurately entering individual´s information in the system.
