Requirements
- experience in the iSeries (AS400) platform
- In-depth knowledge of iSeries tools, RPG, RPGLE, CL, DB2, and SQL Mandatory Skills
- Experience in development/ enhancements/ production support In-depth
- experience in the iSeries platform (AS400 system-related knowledge – jobs, queues, subsystems, programs, files)
- In-depth knowledge of iSeries tools, RPG, CL, DB2, SQL, and debugging
- Experience managing and supporting multiple applications
- Ability to apply ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge (certification preferred)
- Experience handling production issue tickets and awareness of SLAs
- Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-demand support during month-end and year-end activities
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to plan and facilitate client-facing meetings
- Proven ability to assist team members with technical troubleshooting and escalations where expert help is needed
