Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline, or equivalent work
experience Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and applicable regulations Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and ability to identify business opportunities Work Environment This role oversees operations in Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, as well as Ashdown, AR, and requires regular travel between locations.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and oversee multiple aggregates operations in Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, and Ashdown, AR to achieve production, safety, and financial performance goals Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory
Experience Expertise in aggregates, mining, construction materials, or related heavy industrial operations
The position involves a mix of field and office environments with exposure to outdoor conditions, varying weather, and industrial settings.
Safety equipment and protocols must be followed at all times.
