Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases, including document processing, knowledge management, workflow automation, and data insights.
- Support the development and execution of the Law Technology roadmap.
- Lead deployment and optimization of information management platforms such as document management systems, enterprise search, reporting, and collaboration tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive cross-functional project execution.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for Law Department technology investments.
- Drive change management, including communication, training, and adoption initiatives within the Law Department.
- Build strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders and serve as a liaison between Law Department and IT teams.
- Prepare executive-level materials and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Job Specifications BS or BA degree in related field required or significant, relevant work experience 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and enterprise platforms Strong people management
- experience excelling in communication, stakeholder management skills Superior analytical skills and ability to apply those skills to provide creative, resourceful recommendations to complex business needs
- Experience with corporate law department or law firm technology systems preferred Exceptional ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence various business partners and senior leaders in order drive adoption of change

- Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience. $89,900.00-$169,900.00 Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of
