Responsibilities
- - Own the client relationship end to end alongside Customer Success — from early pilots through onboarding to full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments.

- We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
- SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL - Act as a genuine thought partner to clients — building trusted relationships, tackling complex pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities to deepen and scale their use of Legora.
- - Help clients navigate one of the most significant shifts in how legal work gets done — from evaluating the ROI of AI to mapping its practical impact across practice areas.
- experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
- - Tech-curious and product-savvy — not necessarily a coder, but someone who leans into technical conversations around generative AI, implementation, and workflow transformation.
- - Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without losing quality or pace.
