Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), possess a strong sense of ownership, and demonstrate the ability to move with urgency.This role is best suited for someone who will be able to handle the dynamic nature of a high-growth startup, and have creativity around how/where to source strong talent.
- experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across GTM and EPD roles. - Previous
- experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. - High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
