- Consumers are moving away from traditional search engines toward a fragmented ecosystem of AI assistants, agentic models, and decentralized social channels.
- As the Lead - Generative Intelligence and Search Ecosystem Analyst , you will be the primary intelligence architect of On’s visibility in this fragmented "Search Everywhere" reality, moving beyond the legacy metrics of keyword rankings and organic traffic to a more holistic understanding of brand authority, entity recall, and AI-driven recommendations.
- You will lead the insights generation and data-driven recommendations to help ensure On remains the "cited answer" in a world dominated by AI-driven recommendations, generative engines, and decentralized social ecosystems.
- You will tackle complex, ambiguous challenges by treating Large Language Models (LLMs) as the new search index, ensuring our technical innovations (from CloudTec™ to LightSpray™), product attributes and brand stories are accurately represented and recommended to consumers globally. Your Mission
- Ecosystem Intelligence: Lead the analysis of the non-linear customer journey, using advanced clickstream and behavioral data to identify exactly where and how consumers are shifting their trust from traditional search engines to generative AI and social platforms.
- You will define the technical standards for how our product data should be structured to be "machine-readable" and "summarization-ready," minimizing AI hallucinations about our technology.
- Global Market Orchestration: Navigate the nuances of international search ecosystems (including Google, Baidu, Naver, and Yandex), ensuring On’s technological narrative is consistent and authoritative across different linguistic and algorithmic environments.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with Data and Tech teams to guide the construction of scalable ETL pipelines for log file analysis, monitoring AI bot behavior (like GPTBot) at the server level to ensure high-value content is indexed and retrieved efficiently. Your Story
- You don’t just use tools; you have a track record of solving complex visibility problems and understand the underlying mechanics of how information is vectorized, retrieved, and presented.
- Future-proof mindset: You haven’t just watched the search landscape change; you have looked into how to adapt your toolkit.
- You have a working knowledge of emerging evaluation frameworks (such as NDCG or RAGAS) and are familiar with the specialized toolkits used to audit LLM responses and brand clarity.
- You stay ahead of the curve in emerging trends, such as visual search (Google Lens), agentic e-commerce, and the nuances of zero-party data.
