- ABOUT THE ROLE: As Notion expands its partner ecosystem, we're seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to bridge our internal SE organization with our growing network of partner SEs in the US and LATAM.
- In this unique role, you'll be the technical leader who enables, develops, and orchestrates partner SE capabilities while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex customer engagements.
- You'll own the technical enablement of partner SE teams, working alongside our existing enablement programs to build partner-specific curriculum.
- By end of 2026, you'll help scale and manage a network of ~20 partner SEs across our ecosystem.
- This role combines individual contributor excellence with semi-managerial responsibilities—you'll need to deeply understand the capabilities of each partner SE, develop their skills, and match them to the right opportunities.
