Responsibilities
- Drive the technical vision and execution for Prism and AI-enabled platform initiatives.
- Define engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered experiences.
- Guide the team in designing, building, and integrating AI agents and intelligent workflows into enterprise applications.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning around AI technologies.
- Plan team capacity, prioritize work, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Identify skill gaps and create development plans for engineers through mentoring and training.
- Support hiring activities, technical interviews, onboarding, and team growth.
Requirements
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where they create measurable business value.
- experience leading software development teams. Strong
- experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems. Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern application architectures.
- Experience working in Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, etc.) into enterprise applications.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering productivity practices.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation and business priorities.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of engineering management experience. Demonstrated
