Experience with change management in ERP and asset management transformation efforts. •
Experience operating in a high-velocity environment involving geographic dispersed Data Centers across various time zones.
High proficiency in physical inventory control, including barcode/RFID systems.
Deep familiarity with data center infrastructure, including server hardware, network hardware, rack elevation/density, and power distribution
Knowledge of structured cabling, and cabling standards.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) or basic SQL.
Expert in workflow Management (MAC Process): Proven
experience managing a high-volume Move, Add, Change queue. Soft Skills:
Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for remote hands technicians.
