Requirements

As a Groundman you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to work on electric transmission line circuits including setting and removing poles and towers and installing and removing conductor.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED Work
experience operating construction equipment Possess class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Must have passed or successfully pass the EEI Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) selection test.
High Commitment to Safety Good communication skills (both written and verbal) Must be in excellent physical condition and be able to handle a 90 lb jackhammer Highly developed mechanical ability Must be able to respond to afterhours call out, both weekends and evenings Must live within 40 miles or 40 minutes of the Rifle Service Center EEI Testing: 1.

Bargaining The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $37.66 to $42.31 per hour This position is eligible for the following
