- ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own the end-to-end design of features that millions of people use to create, teach, and persuade.
- From early 0-to-1 explorations to polished refinements at scale, you'll collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, prototype, test, and ship across Gamma's core product surfaces.
- This role demands someone who can move fast and light: creating quick prototypes, running lean experiments, and iterating based on data to hit measurable outcomes.
- You'll balance speed with craft, knowing when to polish pixels and when to ship and learn.

- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft - Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces - Define success criteria and ship features that move activation, retention, or conversion - Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes - Partner tightly with engineering
