Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for the project.
Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.

experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations. Hands-on
experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira) Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must Have: Prior
experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
Nice to Have: SAP/ERP/Sales Force implementations.
experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated
experience in a Senior level capacity and willing to excel in testing practice. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Work closely and coordinate functional system integration (SIT), regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
