- You'll partner directly with strategic customers to design and ship migrations, bespoke integrations, and production-grade AI workflows built on Notion Workers, Custom Agents, and MCP.
- - By day 90, launch one production-grade AI workflow in Notion using Workers, Custom Agents, and MCP (often integrating with tools like Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, or data warehouses), with clear guardrails for safe execution.
- - By the end of your first year, establish multiple stable, governable AI-in-production patterns that other engineers can reuse across customers, and feed the learnings back into playbooks and product feedback loops.
- requirements into working software in real customer environments and explain trade-offs clearly to both technical and business audiences. - Fluency in at least one programming language such as TypeScript/Node.js, Python, JavaScript, or Java, and comfort shipping scripts, tools, and integrations rather than only advising. - Practical
