  • Working with senior stakeholders across regions, you will play a key role in defining strategy and seeing the real impact of your work every day.
  • What will you be doing? In this role, you will take ownership of pricing strategy across a complex and diverse portfolio, guiding decisions that balance value creation, market competitiveness and sustainable growth.
  • You will partner closely with business unit leaders, regional teams and local markets, supporting pricing decisions from new product launch through to end of lifecycle.
  • You will bring data to life, translating complex market intelligence and transactional insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • From setting pricing guardrails and leading pricing governance discussions to driving structured price increase programmes, you will ensure consistency, discipline and transparency across markets.
  • Alongside this, you will continuously monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve net price realisation and collaborate with Finance and commercial teams to deliver measurable margin impact.
