Sr. Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with Finance functional leaders and Business Technology partners to drive alignment and optimize project operations.
• Drive and report progress against program objectives and goals.

• experience in project or program management, defining, launching, and iterating on impactful projects or programs. Strong
• experience in project management methodologies and templates. Proficiency in program tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheets). Other
• Experience collaborating with multiple layers of the organization with shown success initiating change and influencing at all levels.
• Strong Decision Making skills in complex program and project-related matters with proven ability to evaluate strategic options, assess risks, and drive effective solutions.
• Deep understanding of Governance Management principles
• Proven Schedule Development skills by creating integrated master schedules and managing critical paths for complex programs.
• Proven ability to lead Stakeholder Engagement by building strong relationships, influencing key stakeholders, and managing expectations at various levels.
• Expert understanding of Strategic Alignment and the ability to ensure programs directly contribute to and support organizational goals and strategic objectives.
