Responsibilities
- Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and key accounts to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.
- Ensure financial transactions comply with US GAAP, government regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll tax processes, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations and accurate reporting.
- Manage communications with tax agencies across North America and Costa Rica.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 3+ years of accounting, payroll tax, or financial analysis experience.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of US GAAP.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Hyperion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- What Will Set You Apart CPA, MBA, or advanced degree.
- Experience with payroll tax compliance and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
