Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple client accounts
  • Build and lead content strategies aligned to brand and commercial goals
  • Create and oversee content calendars across all key platforms
  • Write captions, hooks and short-form video concepts
  • Manage community engagement including comments and DMs
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
  • Lead campaign launches, partnerships and influencer collaborations
  • Support and direct content shoots where required

Requirements

  • experience in social media marketing who lives and breathes social media culture, understands consumer behaviour online and knows how to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, save and share.
  • You’ll work across multiple brands, helping shape creative direction, content strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • experience in social media marketing Proven
  • experience managing social media for brands or businesses
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Deep understanding of what makes content perform organically
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with founder-led brands
  • Basic video editing skills •
