  • What do you need for this role? Grade 12/GED is required.
  • Journeyperson Electrician Certificate OR Electrical Technologist Diploma required.
  • experience in the Mining Industry is an asset.
  • Good Knowledge of equipment.
  • Knowledge of maintenance costs.
  • Good computer skills are required (computerized maintenance monitoring and management system, Microsoft Office, time and attendance systems, Microsoft Project).

  • This role ensures maintenance procedures, methods, and expenditures are optimized to deliver maximum equipment reliability and availability at the lowest economical cost.
  • The position plays a critical role in driving safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations.
  • What will you do? Ensure regulatory, corporate and site safety and environmental standards are being followed by conducting safety audits, risk assessments and housekeeping tours.
  • This includes working with supervisors, employees and contractors to plan and coordinate jobs.
  • This includes sourcing parts, dealing with vendors and managing inventory levels.
  • Resource allocation, backlog and contractor management.
