Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our ATS (Greenhouse or Ashby) to keep workflows clear, consistent, and easy to use Lead talent operations projects from kickoff through launch, aligning stakeholders, timelines, and success metrics Design and refine processes that improve recruiter and hiring team efficiency while supporting a strong candidate
