Responsibilities
- Lead the long-term vision, strategy, and product execution for the end to end claims process.
- Integrate the latest ML, AI, and LLM tools into the overall process utilizing our large claims and telematics datasets to drive improvements for both accuracy and speed.
- Execute on the roadmap with proper OKRs and project tracking.

- History of effectively working cross functionally and bridging gaps with multiple teams.
- Experience building B2C software or internal tools in large complex ecosystems. •

- The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $108,000 - CAD $135,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
