Requirements
Platform Ownership & Optimization (Salesforce eCommerce) Serve as the primary business owner of the Salesforce eCommerce platform for Parts, partnering closely with IT and technology teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 5–7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with significant focus on eCommerce strategy and optimization. Proven
experience owning eCommerce platforms, with Salesforce eCommerce (B2C or B2B) required .
Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals including merchandising, UX, conversion optimization, checkout flows, and pricing considerations.
Experience leading cross ‑ functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands ‑ on problem solving in a complex, matrixed environment.
