Responsibilities

Drive commercial performance by partnering with sales, dispatch, and operations teams to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
Optimize production, delivery, fleet utilization, inventory, and cost controls to improve efficiency and profitability.
Build, coach, and support high-performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental requirements, DOT regulations, and applicable safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing Lead ready-mix and aggregate operations across assigned plants with a strong focus on safety, service, quality, and operational excellence.

Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic ready-mix and aggregates environment with regular interaction across plant, field, dispatch, sales, and customer locations.
The position requires a balance of office-based work and field presence, including visits to ready-mix plants, job sites, and operational areas.
The General Manager must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on customer demand, production schedules, weather conditions, and business needs.
