We are expanding rapidly as a platform for Digital Operations Management using AI/ML and Automation and growing our adoption by Development, IT, Customer Service, Security, and other teams across the organization.
The work spans a wide range of technologies, including APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and SaaS platforms across multiple languages, and you'll help advance how we use AI as a core part of day-to-day engineering. Why we need you

You will be participating in your team's on-call rotation, triaging and addressing production issues as they arise. Basic
experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g. Java, Ruby, or Elixir) and with AI coding tools.
experience in cloud technologies such as AWS
experience integrating with third-party APIs, webhooks, or OAuth-based authentication You have
experience with SaaS platforms such as Jira, Salesforce or ServiceNow

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is €41,000.00 - €61,600.00 EUR. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position.
Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
