Responsibilities
- Own a quota and full-cycle deals from first meeting through close
- Lead discovery around call flows, booking rules, transfers, QA, and compliance constraints
- Build champions and multi-thread across Ops, Revenue, CX, and technical stakeholders
- Drive a structured deal process: mutual action plans, evaluation criteria, ROI, security, procurement
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting
- Capture product feedback and market intel from every conversation
Requirements
- At some point in the future, every business will answer their phone with voice AI.
- We are building the platform that lets them optimize these AI agents for performance.
- Phonely builds conversational voice AI agents for high-volume phone workflows.
- Demonstrable book of business with call center operators or executives
- Experience with Twilio, Ringba, Five9, Genesys, NICE, Talkdesk, Dialpad, Aircall, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or HubSpot Previous
- experience at an early-stage company
