- About the Role Red Six Aerospace is seeking an experienced Contract Proposal Manager to lead and manage the full lifecycle of government proposals for Department of Defense opportunities.
- This is a high-intensity contract position structured in focused sprint cycles, typically 5–6 weeks of deep engagement.

- What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end proposal process from DRFP through final RFP submission - Lead proposal kick-off, develop compliance matrices, outlines, and schedules, and drive the team to on-time delivery - Write, edit, and manage proposal volumes including technical, management, past performance, and cost narratives - Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, contracts, and leadership to gather inputs and ensure proposal quality - Serve as the single point of accountability for
