Requirements

• Experience at a Big 4 firm and/or high-growth technology company - Proficient in accounting systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Well-organized with strong time management and attention to detail - Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines - Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Nice to Have -
• Experience supporting an S-1 filing and transition to public company reporting - Background in a national office or accounting advisory practice -
• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company - Familiarity with AI, SaaS/IaaS, or consumption-based models - Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements -
