Responsibilities
- Document Image Processes: Classify and onboard files to the Servicing System.
- Responsibilities - Ensure that data and document image transfers and associated processes are on track for timely completion ahead of transfer-related deadlines - Ensure complete ingestion of data files / document images using Valon’s data file movement framework - Escalate delays in data file / document image management and work with internal and external stakeholders to identify backup plans for timely execution - Act as internal expert on data file / document image delivery methods to Valon - SFTP setup
Requirements

- experience in file movement and transmission to support this work within the Servicing Transfers organization.
- experience working in the mortgage servicing industry is not required, familiarity with mortgage documents and data files would support a smooth transition into this role.
- experience working in imaging department of mortgage servicer / imaging vendor - Domain knowledge around mortgage industry documents and data files (especially ICE / MSP) -
- Experience building out automated data file movement / ingestion Minimum
- Qualifications - Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona office - Bachelor’s Degree preferred - 3-4+ years of
