Blackwall is a fast-growing, founder-led cybersecurity and hosting SaaS company.
We have grown from around 30 to over 100 people in under two years and continue to scale globally.
We operate as a fully remote business across multiple countries, cultures, and employment models.
This role is for a senior People leader who can thrive in a fast-moving, occasionally messy, founder-driven environment and who is comfortable building structure while the organisation continues to evolve. The role •
You will report to the Fractional Chief People Officer and work closely with the CEO, founders, and executive team. •
You will line manage the Talent Manager and HR Generalist, with scope to shape and grow the People team over time. •
You will own and continuously adapt People policies and frameworks, accepting that policies will need to be written, rewritten, and simplified as the company scales. •
You will operate hands-on, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-changing environment.
